北谷町吉原の山間を蛇行する山道から、少し外れた崖っぽいところ。
以前は北谷のビーチ近くにあった有名なハンバーグ店で、ずっと気になっていたのですが。。。
2017年に店舗が全焼するという災難に合う((+_+))
そこから海が見下ろせる丘の上のこの場所にお店を移動して、やっと訪れることが出来ました。
1Fが駐車場になっている、洋風のアパートの2F全体が店舗になっています。
店内は50席ぐらいはありそうで、大人がくつろげる落ち着いた空間。
高台なので、北谷の海が見下ろせる絶景で、夜になると夜景がキレイに見れそう。
女子会やら、デートとかで利用できそうな雰囲気です。
メニューは、店舗で”ミンチ”にしているという「ハンバーグ」と「ステーキ」が中心。
”ミンチ”には、”県産あぐー”と”ステーキ”を使用しているようです。
こちらの広告でよく掲載されていて、不動の人気商品だという「チーズオーブン焼きハンバーグ」(Sサイズ 税抜1420円)と「ライス」（180円）を注文しました。
たっぷり”ソース”のかかった球体に近い形の「ハンバーグ」が、ジュージューと音を立てて到着。
まず半分に割ると、”六甲バター”の「モッツァレラ」溢れだしてきます。
「ハンバーグ」自体は”粗挽き”って感じではなく、柔らかめの歯ごたえの中、肉の旨みをしっかりと感じる。
この「ハンバーグ」と「モッツァレラ」の相性が抜群で、人気商品なのも納得です。
「チーズハンバーグ」は納得の美味しさだったんですが、
もしかしたら普通の「ハンバーグ」の方が、肉を旨みをより楽しめたかもしれない。
次回は、普通の「ハンバーグ」を食べてみよう！
災難にみまわれたから、という贔屓目なしに、料理と雰囲気も含めいいお店でした。
