今日は日曜〜、明日もアメリカの祝日だから子供のインターはお休み〜。連休なので…読谷村のGala青い海で、子供がシーサー作り体験をしたり色々と遊んできました。さて。夕食は帰り道のルート上で探し、行ってみました。
アジアンらしい雰囲気のお店で、女子ウケも良さそう。外人さんも多く、お子様連れもチラホラ。
メニューに…辛いとか、パクチー入りとか、子供オッケー…と丁寧に書いていてくれて助かる！
子供用に…エビのパッタイ…甘みとコクがあって、丁寧に作られていて美味しい♡ 子供も「前のタイ料理より美味しい」と言ってました(笑)。確かに、雑な屋台料理じゃなく、味がきちんとしてる。量もしっかり。
私の大好きな クンパッポンカリー…海老の卵カレー炒め…やっぱり、卵入ってクリーミーになって美味しいんだょね〜♡ こちらも深い美味しさ。辛味はマイルドで、スパイスが爽やか。
ガイサテ、自家製ピーナッツソース…焼き鳥がレモンのような爽やかな香りや、カレーぽい香辛料など香り豊かで面白い。それに甘いピーナッツソース。 焼き鳥がちょっとだけピリ辛だったんだけど、ハーブ大好きな子供はえらく気に入り…ブラックペッパー？が辛いけれど、美味しい！と食べてました(笑)。
前情報なしにお店にお伺いしましたが…想像していたより、何倍も美味しかった(≧▽≦)。丁寧にきちんと作られていてコク深い、出汁感じるタイ料理でした(ʘᴗʘ✿)！
私は家が遠いので、お酒飲めないのが残念〜。タイのお酒、クラフトビールや、自然派ワイン〜お酒もたくさんあるので、飲み会にもすごく良さそう✧◝(⁰▿⁰)◜✧
トムヤムクンも凄く美味しそうだし、またお伺いしたいと思います。おご馳走さまでした。
