Enjoy the luxury brand “Benibuta” easily!
Restaurants located at Toguchi Beach in Yomitan Village. This restaurant is run by a company that handles Okinawan brand pork "Benibuta", and you can get "Benibuta" at a more reasonable price than anywhere else. I go there often because it's close to my work. I went there at lunch time this day. There are terrace seats outside, and we used to be able to have BBQ there, but I guess it's not the season right now. When you enter the building, in the foreground is a merchandise sales area that sells products from Benibuta and the similar brand Beni Agu, and to the left of that is a dining area with about 30 table seats. Anyway, the large windows and open feeling overlooking the ocean are irresistible. The menu seems to have been carefully selected with less variety than before. As expected, the popular "Benibuta bone-in loin Steak" and "Benibuta loin cutlet" are still available, Other "Benibuta soba", "Benibuta ginger grill", "Shabu-shabu" which also comes with "shabu shabu", etc. . Lately, I don't want just meat, so I ordered "Pork Yasai" (880 yen). The main dish is stir-fried pork, which is sweetly seasoned, on top of stir-fried vegetables. On top of that is a ``half-boiled egg''. It was a classic combination, and it was delicious, but I wonder if it's a taste that allows you to enjoy the deliciousness of "Benibuta"? When asked. . . This is a restaurant that sells high-end branded meat, but I don't think they have a chef, so we recommend the ``Benibuta bone-in loin Steak'' and ``Benibuta loin cutlet'' where you can enjoy the flavor of the ingredients as they are. The food and taste will be graded only this time. The overall score includes the previous one as well.
海を見ながらの”紅豚”BBQランチ!
読谷村渡具知、”渡具知ビーチ”にあるレストラン。
以前は『がんじゅうファーム ミートショップ&レストラン』という店名だったのですが、名前が変わったようですね。
でも、お店の雰囲気や内容については、ほとんど変わってないと思います。
こちらは”紅豚”を生産している会社が営んでいて、フレッシュな”紅豚”の料理を堪能できる。
店内は30席ぐらいのテーブル席があるのですが、海が見渡せるテラス席も20席ぐらいあり、
そこで”BBQランチ”も出来ることを知っていたので、ランチタイムに行ってみました。
この日は年末だったのですが、夏のような気候で、まさにBBQ日和(^u^)
BBQメニューは、「ホルモン」をおりまぜたセットになっていたので、
目当てだった”紅豚”の「ホルモン」が入っている「ホルモンミックス」(1080円)を「ライス・サラダセット」(350円)で注文しました。
まずレストラン内で、セルフの「ライス」「サラダ」「みそ汁」を取って待っていると、
七輪が出てきて、しばらくすると”お肉”と”野菜”がやってきました。
「ホルモンミックス」は”豚バラ”と、いわゆる沖縄で”中身”と呼ばれる部位で構成。
お味の方は”中身”の部分も全然臭みがないし、”豚バラ”はさすが”紅豚”!と思える肉質。
どれも”紅豚”らしい、自然な甘みを感じる上質の”お肉”でした!
もともと窓が大きく、店内からでも海が眺められる開放的なレストランなんですが、
外で食べると、さらにその開放感はハンパない(^v^)
”紅豚”で構成されたビーチパーティーのプランもあるので、夏はそちらを利用したいです!
海を見ながら紅豚料理を楽しむ♪
読谷村渡具知にある、沖縄でも少しマイナーな渡具知ビーチ。
お世辞にもキレイな砂浜とは言えないのですが、遠浅の海はサンセットが楽しめ、
夏場には地元の人がビーチパーティーとかして賑わいます。
この渡具知ビーチに隣接した建物。中はレストランになっています。
以前は別の名前のレストランだったのですが、
今年から読谷村が誇るブランド豚“紅豚”を販売する『株式会社がんじゅう』さんが運営しているようです。
店名は『ミートショップ&レストラン』となっていて、“紅豚”の販売もしています。
入口付近にはテラス席もあり、海を見ながらゆっくりと食事もできそう。
(テラスで食べている人はいませんでしたが。。。)
店内は意外と広く、入って手前のスペースにレジと物販。
奥に広いスペースがあり、畳張りの座敷席になっています。
この座敷席の大きい窓からは、渡具知ビーチが一望でき、天気いい時の開放感はハンパないです。
メニューはすべて“紅豚”を使った料理。
「とんかつ」、「ステーキ」、「沖縄そば」に「骨汁」と、種類はすくなめ。
そういえば、“紅豚”は東京の老舗『とんかつ まい泉』に使われているという。
ということは、こちらでも東京の老舗の味が味わえる?と、「ロース」、「ヒレ」がある「とんかつ」から、
「紅豚ロースかつ御膳」(1180円)を注文しました。
結構大きい「ロースかつ」がメインの御膳。
サクッとしたコロモの中に、しつこくない脂身をもった厚みのある豚肉。
ブランド豚特有のさっぱりとした上質感の中にも、しっかりとした旨みが感じられる。
東京の老舗と味を比べることはできませんが、絶対的に美味しい「とんかつ」でした。
以前、同じく“紅豚”を専門として扱う『パレット久茂地』の地下にある『紅』さんでも
「ロースかつ定食」をいただきましたが、ボリューム、雰囲気も含めてこちらのほうが断然いい!
次は“紅豚”の味を直接味わうために「ステーキ」にしようかな。
