●Regarding seat reservations. Most of the seats at our shop have an ocean view, but from the opening at 17 o'clock, we will guide you from the seat near the window in the order of visit. (Limited to 2 to 4 people) If you want to be sure of a seat close to the window, you will be confirmed in the first or second row by making a reservation at 5 p.m. Regarding reservations after 18 o'clock, it depends on the entry and exit status of customers who come to the store first, so we cannot guarantee it. We appreciate your understanding that all customers who have made a reservation will be guided to a seat closer to the window each time. In addition, the tables near the window are only tables of size from 2 to 4 people. 10月上旬小旅行初日の夕御飯で伺いました。
席は事前予約でサンセットの時間にあわせて入店。
店内はモダンカジュアルでお洒落な雰囲気。
西海岸に面しているので、夕日を眺めながらのディナースタートは抜群に雰囲気が良いです♪
こちらはメインをステーキorシーフードよりセレクトの上で、8品一品料理が決まっているプリフィックススタイル。
お連れさんとそれぞれ肉と魚をセレクトしてシェアしながらいただきました。
お肉:特製ステーキ150g
お魚:真鯛のフィレ&蝦夷アワビ
単品でガーリックシュリンプＬを追加。

メインは肉•魚それぞれレパートリーも多く、肉はグラムで選べるので、お好みにあわせてセレクトできます。
それぞれお料理はビジュアルも良く、全体的に優しい味付けで美味しいです。外国人観光客も多いようであえての和風テイストを意識しているかも知れません。
特筆はあぶり寿司。肉の旨みと柔らかさはクセになる一品。非常に美味しい！
ガーリックシュリンプは身がぷりぷりしており、尻尾が香ばしく揚げられているので、お酒に良く合います。
個人的にはそれぞれ塩味や温冷等、一品ごとにエッジを効かせたメリハリある味付けだと嬉しいです。
カップルや海外観光客だけでなく、小さいお子様がいらっしゃる御家族もゆっくり過ごせるよう椅子や食器を準備対応されているところは好感待てます。
