夜に来店。
フィレステーキ、スペアリブ、牛タンシチューを注文。
肉は柔らかく美味しかったが塩味が薄かった。テーブルに塩があり自分で調節できるが、粗塩ではなくパウダーに近い塩だったのでステーキには少し合わなかった。ただ、肉自体は美味しかったのでそれは良かった。スペアリブは甘さ控えめで、想像していたものとは違うが肉が柔らかくて美味しかった。同様に牛タンシチューも肉がほろっとしていて美味しかった。
