[Cafeterias where you can fully enjoy Kuroge Wagyu beef] Steak, Yakiniku (Grilled meat), Okinawa Soba, beef curry, beef soup
Nikuya Yomitan, where you can eat delicious Kuroge Wagyu beef at a low price, handles everything from livestock raising to processing and sales in-house! This is a shop where you can enjoy safe and re |
A shop located along National Route 58 in Iramina, Yomitan Village. I had been curious about the store's name for a long time, so I decided to give it a try. As the name suggests, the exterior is rather plain for a restaurant, and at first glance, it doesn't look like a restaurant at all. When you enter the store, there is a large refrigerator (freezer?) on the left side, which serves as a meat sales area. There is an eat-in area with a large table in the central space, but the atmosphere feels a little lonely, like a school cafeteria or Employee Cafeteria. In the sales space, they sell "cow," "pork," and "goat," and they also sell a brand of beef called "Ie Beef." The meal menu also includes set meals using beef and pork. I ordered the `` Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Don Set Meal'' (800 yen), which seemed relatively reasonable. The ``rice bowl'' with plenty of ``beef'' comes with ``tail soup'' and ``pickles.'' The ``beef'' is cut large enough to be called `` Yakiniku (Grilled meat)'', and is quite filling. You can fully enjoy the deliciousness of "Ie beef" itself, but the seasoning that is grilled with "sauce" is a little weak (^_^;) If you want to bring out the flavor of the meat, you should add a little more salt. I want some pepper, and with this seasoning, I would like it to have a bit more of a ``sauce'' flavor. However, the "soup" was delicious and of a high standard for a set meal at this price. If you choose “Steak”, you will be able to enjoy the taste of “Ie beef” even more (^u^)
