During my business trip to Okinawa, I had dinner with the client's chairman. The place I visited was "Seafood House Pier 54". It is located in Uminchu Wharf, north of Chatan American Village. The location is right in front of the sea. The interior of the store, which was created with California in mind, has very high ceilings and is spacious, giving it a nice atmosphere. First, let's toast with a local craft beer called "Chatan Harbor Brewery IPA." And I asked for the following. ♦︎Oyster plate I think it was Oyster from Iwate. It's especially special when you eat it while looking out at the sea, arranged on a large bowl filled with ice. Oyster themselves were large and delicious! ♦︎Baja Style Fish Taco Instead of an appetizer, try a typical Okinawan dish. "Baja" probably means "Baja California" in Mexico. It was fried white fish and vegetables wrapped in a tortilla, and I ate it with a squeeze of lime and sauce. It's completely different from regular tacos, but I think it's interesting. ♦︎Grilled Thai from the prefecture Special miso sauce I couldn't decide which to go with Aqua Pazza, but I chose this one because it was unique to Seafood Restaurants. With its luxurious and dynamic visuals, I was correct in choosing this one. It's a simple grill, but that's why you can fully enjoy the flavor of the fish, making it a masterpiece that fish lovers will love. ♦︎Jumbo Pork Spare Ribs with Honey Mustard Sauce Up until this point, everything had been Seafood, so the last dish Meat Dishes. Since I had Steak for lunch, I unusually chose pork. The large spare ribs are grilled to perfection, giving it an American feel. The pork itself was very tasty and well-cooked, but the honey mustard sauce was not to my liking, as I was not used to it. Apparently I don't like sweet sauces. As for drinks, we had Chatan Harbor Brewery's ``Pale Ale'' and ``Stout'' instead, followed by glasses of white and red wine. I think it's a very high-quality Restaurants, where you can feel like you're in a foreign country, and the food and drinks are both excellent. I would like to come on a trip next time.
