This is the first Hamburger restaurant in Okinawa after training at a Hamburger restaurant run by a New Yorker in Tokyo. Of course, the special patty is made from 100% beef. The block of meat used in
...Steak is hand-chopped into approximately 1cm to 1.5cm pieces, and the patty is combined with ground beef and is satisfying to eat. We also develop an original recipe for our buns in cooperation with a flour milling company and bake them in-house. Sandwiches are very filling. The bread is also our original bread.
