沖縄南部では貴重なしっかりした豚骨スープのお店です。
豚骨は脂ギッシュなどっしり系ですので、脂っこいのが苦手でない方にオススメします。
九州で食べられる豚骨スープの味に近いので、内地から出てきた豚骨派にも気に入って頂けるのではないかと。
つまり少々豚の脂とアンモニア臭があるスープです。
麺は中太ですので、極細麺が当たり前になっている福岡の豚骨ラーメンに慣れている方だとちょっと違和感があるかも。
醤油味は「あっさり」と「こってり」が選べますが、あっさりは本当に脂気が少なくやや甘みがあり、こってりはその醤油ベースに豚骨が加わるようです。
あっさりも出汁が利いていて美味しいのですが、私は断然こってり派。
豚骨ほど脂がきつくなく、味にコクがあって、でも醤油ベースなので後味がきつくない…とても美味しゅうございました。
麺は中太のちぢれでした。
他に味噌ラーメンや、こてもやという名のもやしラーメン風もありますが、味噌ラーメンのスープは味が比較的淡白でコクが余り感じられず、こてもやは醤油と豚骨を半々にしたようなスープが美味しいのですが、もやしに微妙に合わないというか…
餃子もありますが、これも個人的には余り好きではなかったです。
スーパーで売っているような餃子の味に近かった。
店の中央に「辛子高菜」や「おろしニンニク」なんかがサービスで置いてあります。
福岡では豚骨ラーメンに辛子高菜を入れる事がありますが、こちらのスープにも合います。
ラーメン一杯が600円から、大盛りや麺の替えは150円増しですので、安いお店ではありませんけども、豚骨ラーメンや豚骨の風味が加わった醤油ラーメンが食べたい方、ここは美味しいですよ～。
余談かもしれませんが、お水も凄く美味しいお店です。
暑い沖縄で美味しいお冷に出会うと、それだけで嬉しくなります。
駐車場はお店の前スペースです。
6台くらいは停められると思いますが、歩車道の境界ブロックが邪魔になって端っこはやや出入りがし辛くなります。
