「美味しい馬刺しがあるから飲みに行かない？」と誘われて「行くいく！」と連れて行って貰ったこちらのお店。
一見普通の居酒屋さんなのですがお刺身も美味しいとの事。
お刺身6点盛りは4種類が決まっていて後の2種類をリストの中からチョイス出来ます。選んだ種類によってお値段が決まるシステム。
海老と白身をチョイス。海老は一匹でしたが生簀から取れたての未だ動いているものが出てきました。気心知れた友達なので頭側と尻尾側を仲良く半分こ。
プリプリで甘くて美味しい海老でした。
中々良いスタートです。
お通しは大振りなハマグリの酒蒸し。これも美味しかった。
そして何と嬉しい事に最初の1時間は発泡酒、サワー、ハイボール類が190円。
1時間と言っても沖縄タイムなのか1時間半位、おまけしてくれました。
馬刺しは薄くスライスしたものと角切りと2種類あるのですが友達お勧めの角切りをオーダー。これ、なかなか食べ応えがあります。
でも赤身なのでさっぱり。お酒が進んでしまいます。
さらに穴子と湯葉の天ぷらも追加。内地風のサクッとした天ぷらを食べるのは久し振りです。てんつゆは何故かアルミの急須に入っているものを店員さんが注ぎ分けてくれます。
供され方は不思議だけれど出汁の香り高いてんつゆだったので問題なし。湯葉の天ぷらの中には生アーサーと思しきもの。最初はびっくりしましたが中々の相性です。
今晩唯一の野菜類はえのきホイルバター。成育瓶ごとドーンと出てきて各自はさみでちょきちょきしながらホイルに入れるというこちらも変わったスタイル。
締めには何と牛タン溶岩焼き。
女子二人とは思えないメニュー構成に満腹、満足。
