こちらはオーブンして１０年以上なるのかな？新都心や泡瀬などで人気のあるみたのクリエイトが運営する銀次系列のスタートとなったお店だと認識しています。
数年経って久々の再訪となりましたがあの時もしくはそれ以上のクオリティの高いお店になったなと思います。
人気あるメニューは変わらずありますがニーズに合わせた変化や沖縄では見たこともないような食材があり、訪れるたびに楽しみなお店だと思います。
また入店から１時間は生かハイボールが一杯190円で飲めるのはとてもうれしいサービスですね
ついつい飲み過ぎてしまいました。
ちなみに私のおすすめはベタですが厚切りの牛タンです。
厚切りの牛タンが一枚、それを切り分けて熱々のプレートで自分好みの焼き加減で食べると牛タン独特の歯ごたえとジューシーな肉汁はもうたまりません
いつも美味しくて頼みすぎてしまうので、皆さんには頼みすぎに注意してもらいたいものです
