以前に一度お伺いした時にはとてもよい印象だったので再度お伺いしたの
ですが、残念なことに・・・
①デザ－トビュッフェ、抹茶でしたが写真にでていたトッピングのイチゴは
どこにもありませんでした。単価が高く入荷状況で変わるのはわかりますが
せめて他の安価な果物・・・キイウイ、バナナ、他で補充できないのかな？
ちょっと残念。また抹茶のフォンデュも同じく、ミニド－ナッツ、
マシュマロ等のお菓子のみ、せめてバナナかパインくらいの果物を加えても
バチはあたらないのでは？？お子様にはいいけど大人にはきびいしいな。
ただチョコレ－トフォンデをしているという感じでちょっと物足りない。
②サイドメニュ－の補充がない。８時過ぎにいきましたが、サイドメニュ－の
補充がなく、ぬるい料理ばかりでした。特にタラコクリ－ムスパゲテイ
はフォ－クで持ち上げると麺が切れてしまいました。もう少し料理の途中の
チェックをして頂きたい。
③座席が曲がっていてもそのままでした。内部のスタッフ間でまとまり
がなく、座席や机も乱雑のままでした。・・アルバイトなのは
仕方ないですが、もう少し店内を整然として頂きたい。
④串揚げの特異性に頼りすぎて他のことがおろすかになっている感じが
否めません。リピはないかな・・ちょっと残念・・半年後くらいに
また伺います。改善お願いします。
