与那原町与那原、国道329号沿いにある「うどん」を置いてある居酒屋さん。
『食べログ』で、「うどん」を置いてあるお店を探していたら、見つけたお店。
どうしても「うどん」が食べたくなったディナーで利用しました。
店内は、こじんまりとしていてカウンター席、テーブル席、座敷席で30席弱ぐらい。
和風で庶民的な居酒屋のような雰囲気で、実際お店としては居酒屋というジャンルに入るはず。
おばちゃん2名で切り盛りしていて、お客さんは地元の人が多そう。
私が入った時には、カウンターで地元のおじちゃん達が酔っぱらってました(^_^)
メニューは、食事利用の「うどん」と、飲み利用の”一品料理”が数十種類。
「うどん」は”手打ち”のようで、”温かい”のと”冷たい”ので十数種類。
冷たい「うどん」が食べたかったので「冷やしとろろ温玉入りぶっかけうどん」（780円）を注文しました。
サイドの「ジーマミー豆腐」と一緒に出てきた、「冷やしとろろうどん」。
上にのっている”温玉”と一緒に、混ぜてからいただいたんですが。。。
”手打ち”だという「うどん」がいわゆる硬い！
私は元来、「うどん」は硬い！が正義な人間なので、かなり好みの弾力と噛み応え。
一般の「うどん」よりも太めだし、豪快な味がとにかく良かったです。
逆に柔らかい「うどん」に慣れている人にとっては、食べづらいのかな。
とにかく、私のような「うどん」は硬い！が正義な方には、おススメのお店です！
