旅行者にはたまらない秘境食堂とでも呼びたいロケーションにある。
軟骨ソーキのそばは甘めの味付けのソーキとあっさりスープの組み合わせ。もしかしたらこのスープ本来の味を楽しめそうな八重山そばを食べるのが正解かもと思った。
