予約困難店舗。石垣牛をリーズナブルに、美味しくいただける名店。
石垣島の訪問の決め手はここだった。久々に焼きしゃぶが食べたくなり、飛行機を手配し、2ヶ月前にお店を予約した。オープンの17時から1時間半なら予約が取れるとのことで、席を確保。実はここのお店は早い時間の方がいい。絶対に焼きしゃぶにありつけるから。ちなみに夏休み期間中なんかはこんな悠長な予約ではダメで、もっと事前に予約せねばならぬ。
焼きしゃぶは上ロースのことで、軽く炙って玉ねぎを巻き、ポン酢でいただく。ほんとに至福の時間。これを食べると都内の焼肉とか正直高くても行こうとは思えなくなる。
1人前をハーフサイズでも提供してくれるので、お一人様に優しいのも、個人的にはありがたい。(冷麺は麺が一人前用でしか用意がないため、ハーフにはできない。)
