八重山そばの名店。朝10時の開店で、10分前に行って既に4名先客がいた。街中ではあるけど、お店があるのは目の前が学校、周りは完全に住宅街という立地。そこで朝10時から人を寄せつけるのは、ここの八重山そばが本当に美味しいから。
鰹出汁が効いたあっさりとしたスープに、もちもちの中太麺が相性抜群。
八重山そば自体の売り切れは経験がないが、セットのご飯、その中でも沖縄の炊き込みご飯であるじゅーしーの売り切れ率は高い。このじゅーしーは他のお店とはちょっと違うお味だけど、これまた八重山そばとの相性が抜群で、炭水化物で炭水化物が食べられてしまう驚異のセット。
このセットが1000円超えないのは何かの間違いだと思う。もっととっていい。地元の主婦さんの優しさを感じられるお店。
