土曜日の10:20頃訪問いたしました。
730交差点からは徒歩で16分ほど、石垣小学校の裏にあります。
駐車場もあります。
住宅街に静かに佇むお店で雰囲気が良いです。
普通に見たら一軒家です。
お店に入るとテーブルと小上がりの座敷があり、
相席でのテーブルでした。
すぐに待たずに入れて感謝です。
【オーダー】
八重山そば（大） 650円
八重山そば（中） 550円
お水はセルフサービスで、そばに必須のティシュは各テーブルに備え付けがあります。
待つこと2分くらいで着麺です。
そばは八重山特有の細麺だけど、少し太めで、
お肉は5切れほどで、少なめです。
まずはおそばからいただくと、すごくシンプルなお味でまっすぐな感じです。
出汁も薄めなお味で、癖が無く食べやすいです。
（大）は麺の量が多いのですが、具が少ないので、
沢山食べたい時はジューシーのセットが良いと思います。次にお昼が控えていたので、オーダーは控えめに敢えてして、朝食代わりにいただきました。
お店は女性の方のみで3〜4名で回されていました。
シンプルな味で、これが八重山そばなんだなと
とても素な味を食べれてとても美味しかったです。
邪念が無くて、コスパも最高、具で惑わされることが無く、敢えて調味料も無しで美味しくいただきました。
お会計は現金のみとなります。
