石垣出張２日目、午後の仕事がひと段落したので休憩しつつフラフラお散歩。
そんな中、午前中閉まっていたお店が開いていました。
こちらはジェラートのお店、シーズンオフで回転時間が午後からになっている様です。
折角開いて居るんだから、チト試してみるか。
メニューの中から、ラム酒の入ったメニューを見つけてこちらをチョイス！
まー風味だけでしょ？（笑）
工程を眺めていたら、いきなりラム酒の瓶を冷やした石に振りかけ、瞬間冷却、後はヘラですくうと、シャーベットに！
そこにアイスやフルーツを乗せて、モンジャの様にカチャカチャ混ぜ合わせて完成！
まーオヤツにウイスキーボンボンが出たと言う事で（笑）
ほんのりとラムが効いアイス、フルーツの風味もあって美味しい。
暑い石垣にいたら、何個でも食べられそう（笑）
でも本当にお酒が入って居るので、運転手さんは要注意ですね！
