石垣島での食べ歩きも残り３日程度となりました。
土曜日は、家族全員で、nobutaの一番大好きなお店である「Hana」に行って来ました。大浜の集落内にある隠れ家的なお店ですが、かなり知名度を上げて多くのお客さんが利用しているようです。
ランチは、魚（1,200円）、肉（1,200円）と八重山そば、焼きそば（醤油、塩、味噌）があります。八重山そばは、野菜ベースの出汁がとても利いていて風変わりな味付けで美味しいんですが、さすがに最後は魚とお肉をそれぞれ注文しました。魚はスズキ、肉は豚ばら肉を使ったものです。
どれをとってもそつなく美味しい・・特に魚は妻、子供ともに大いに気に入る味だったようです。
そして、最後に珈琲（これがメチャ美味い）、ジュースと最初の写真のデザートが出てきて、３月６日にHanaでランチをした記念であることが分かりますよね（笑）
最後に経営者の方に「またいつか来ますね」とお別れを言うと、潰れないように頑張ります！！という力強い言葉が返ってきました。
次に石垣にやってくるのは１０年くらい先のことになりそうですが、そのときは必ず食べに来るぞ〜って心に誓ったのです！！
