◆皆様、こんばんは。本日もブログにご訪問いただき誠にありがとうございます。
奥西表島の探検ツアーから戻ったあとは、2日目のダイビングを終えた友人と合流。
レンタカーを借りて空港近く、閑静な住宅街の中にある【美味食彩 花】さんに向かいました。心配した、到着もなんとかクリアー。今回は【ナビ】を頼りに現地訪問。
◆こちらのお店は、石垣島でも観光・グルメ雑誌などには一切連載されていない【隠れ家的レストラン】であります。
昼のランチは、10食限定。夜のディナーは完全予約制の【島レストラン】と聞いています。
勿論、予約して伺いましたが・・・といっても気さくなシェフがお出迎えしてくれますのでご安心下さい♪♪
◆少し急な階段を上った2階が、隠れ家的レストラン 花さんの空間です。
今回は、初めての訪問でしたが・・・気さくに話しかけてくれる【原田シェフ】のおかげで終始リラックスできました。
いつもそうなのかはわかりませんが、コック帽の代わりにお洒落な帽子をかぶっていたのには・・・衝撃的で驚きましたよ。
◆乾杯の後はいよいよお料理が運ばれてきます。

◆手際良く出てくるお料理に、島時間。食事中は、ダイビングの話で盛り上がり会話に花が咲く・・・。お店の名前同様に心地良く【花】が咲く店内は、静かで温かなシェフに見守られながらいただける島人の隠れ家。
