7月7日 奥さんが 石垣にやって来ました
その日の夕食は
未だ ディナーに出かけたことがない
「美味食彩 花」の食事を予約しました
以前 ランチには 何回かでかけたことがあり ブログアップ しています
お店になかなかたどり着けませんでしたが
もう 迷いません
（でも 一度行き過ぎましたけど）
いつ見ても なかなか 急勾配の階段です
階段の登り口にある メニューの貼り紙
ディナーは 予算をお話ししての お任せメニューです
今回は デザートを付けて 4,000円で予約しました
飲み物の メニューです
今回 二人とも アルコールは 注文しませんでした

シェフが 一品一品 料理の説明をしてくれました
メモを取っていないので 正確な料理の名前を書けなくて すみません
鶏むね肉、野菜サラダ
お肉は ぱさつかず しっとりしていました
カボチャと紅芋のパテ、野菜サラダ
スープ（アーサー、白菜、エノキ等々のコンソメスープ）
パスタ（野菜とベーコンをサイコロ状にして和えたものが載ってました）
白身魚を焦がしバターで煮込んだもの
こんな風に お肉を崩して スープと混ぜ
フランスパンに 載せ いただきました
パッションのシャーベット
さわやかな食感と 種のプチプチ感が よかったです

お腹も 気持ちも満足して 帰りました
後に出かけた時の 感想です
男性3人で 5千円くらいの予算でお願いしたのですが
デザートが ワンプレートで出てきたため
分けにくかった経験があります
珈琲とデザートは
男性でも 個別が良いです
