Great value for money! You can eat this much Ishigaki beef! Today, two of us tried the 10,000 yen course. Delicious cuts just kept coming. First, we had Ishigaki Cow tongue a rare treat on the island, wrapped around shredded scallions in salt sauce. The top kalbi was drenched in wasabi, and the skirt steak was wrapped in sliced onions and dipped in sauce. The top misuji grilled shabu-shabu was lightly seared and dipped in sauce. Each time, the friendly staff explained to us how to eat it. It's the best way to eat it! Restaurants that serve good meat often have a phenomenon where the sauce doesn't run out. That's the case here too! It really doesn't run out. On the contrary, it increases. It's all thanks to the abundant meat juices! This restaurant was recommended by our activity guide.
