アルバムを整理していたら思い出したので寄稿いたします。
尊敬している先生が開催しているダイビング＆経営研修を
石垣島へ行った際に二次会で「石垣牛を食べたい！」という
みんなの欲望を満たすために伺いました。
●石垣牛サーロインステーキ
日本の最南端に位置する南国・石垣島の風土と自然豊かな土地で育てられた石垣牛。
さっぱりとした程よい霜降りの脂の中にもしっかりとした肉の味を嗜むことができました。
その日の研修の出来具合から食べる順番を決める卓やジャンケンでワイワイしながら
決める卓もあって、楽しかったあの頃が懐かしいです。
美味しくお肉をいただきつつ、ダイビング仲間であり研修仲間と
同じ窯をつつきつつ、芋洗いした時代は贅沢な時間でした。
コロナが落ち着いて旅行できるようになったら、また行きたいなぁ。
