石垣での仕事が終わりやっと一息。
最終日だし、折角だから美味しいお肉でも頂きましょう！
しかし、いくら本場とはいえ和牛の焼き肉は良いお値段…
しかも石垣の夜は早い、何軒か伺いましたが、既にラストオーダーの時間。
そこでとりあえずまだやって居るお店に、ノーチェックで訪問！
まーホルモンって書いてあったら、少しはお手頃でしょう。
店内に入ると誰も人が居ない…大丈夫か…と思ったら、意外と奥に広い。
奥には何組か食事をされてる人も居てチト安心（笑）
とりあえず生オリオンと、タン、カルビ、ロース、白をオーダー、ツマミはキムチの盛り合わせ、そしてニンニクホイル焼き。
暫くしてお肉の登場、ご対肉！
わーすごい刺し、これは美味しそう。
まずはタンと時間のかかるシロから焼いていきましょう。
和牛だから焼き過ぎない様に。
んー美味しい、タンは歯応え良く、ホルモンの脂も甘くて美味しい。
久しくこんないいお肉食べてない…（笑）
カルビ、ロースどちらもお肉から脂が吹き出してきます。
柔らかくて甘いお肉、とっても美味しいんだけど、チト脂が乗りすぎ（笑）
おじさんの胃袋では持て余しそうなお肉。
ハラミがなかったので仕方がないんだけどね。
キムチと、ニンニクでリセットしつつ肉をつまむ。
継投はシークァーサーハイ。
チョット贅沢に1人で焼肉するには丁度良いお店。
お値段も想像していたよりお安く、その分満足度上乗せ。
石垣島で、いい思い出が増えました。
