I actually do some pretty hard strength training. My favorite food is Sushi, but I can't eat Sushi every day, and Sushi tends to be too high in carbohydrates. There aren't many good sushi restaurants that are open during the day. So, if this restaurant was in my neighborhood, I'd probably go there all the time. I get bored of simple, inexpensive Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) restaurants, but this one has a wide variety of menu items. It's all chicken or lean meat, so it's full of protein and it's easy to put together a low-carb menu. Their specialty, chicken on the bone, was sold out, so I'll definitely try it next time I'm in Ishigaki.
