石垣島の鉄板焼へ、初訪問(^^)
早めについたので、時間変更お願いしたら、すぐ対応してくれました☆
注文は海鮮コース。ヒレステーキで！
海老とホタテ両方食べたかったので、２つ共と、ハンバーグも気になったので注文☆
前菜からローストビーフに、海鮮ももちろん美味しかったです(^^)
びっくりなのはハンバーグですね。
写真の通りパンをぎっちり詰め込んだハンバーグ、出来上がりはさくさくの食感のハンバーグで、今まで食べたことない感じ(^^)
ステーキもレアで美味しくいただけました！
残念だったのはガーリックチャーハンを早めにお願いしてたのにも関わらず、最後に出てきたこと。
シェフが無愛想で少し残念だったこと、ですかね、、
また機会があれば、、ですね(^^)
