沖縄旅行の際に食べログを見て気になり訪問。
正直そんなに詳しく調べずに
綺麗な星空を見ながらBBQを楽しめればいいかと…
勝手な予想でこういったお店はロケーション＋BBQを楽しめるお店で料理はそんなに期待していませんでした…
が、
そんな勝手な予想を大きく上回り大満足！
頼んだのは石垣牛プラン 4,300円(税別)/1人
コース名の通り石垣牛と島野菜が楽しめます。
まず、メインの石垣牛はおいしかったです！
個人的には備えつけのタレより塩コショウで味付けしたほうが好みでした。
コースのラインナップとしても島野菜がバーニャカウダだったり、丸ごとねぎの豚焼きというねぎ1本に豚肉が巻かれている1品など、
ただ食材を出して焼かせるというより一手間あってさらに美味しいという事にとても好印象でした。
この日は少し曇り空で満点の星空というわけではありませんでしたが、
美味しい料理＋楽しいBBQ＋きれいな星空
で大満足！ぜひ沖縄に行った際はいってみてほしいです！
