～2022年石垣島旅行編・その２～
夏休みはほぼ毎年行っている石垣島。今年も行って参りました。
2日目の夕食はどこかで外食しようと、当日になって急遽検索。
キャンセルが相次いで観光客は少ないはずなんですが、観光客向けの人気店は
どこも予約で一杯…。いやはや油断してました。
そんなわけで、色々調べてようやく見つけたのが中心部から少し離れたこちら。
どちらかというと、地元民御用達の居酒屋さんですね。
木を使った店内は明るくていい雰囲気で、隣との仕切りもバッチリで感染対策は問題なし。
地元民のお腹を満たすべく、お酒もお料理もかなり幅広いラインナップです。
さぁ、色々と頂きましょう。
まずは「オリオン生」。ハッピーアワーだったのでかなりお得に頂けました。
◎「おまかせ刺盛」
種類は豊富でお得感あり。やっぱりマグロは外せませんよね。
マグロは子供に全部持っていかれましたが…、それだけ美味しかったということ。
◎「島のドレッシングのサラダ」
柑橘系のドレッシングがインパクトあり。これは好き嫌い分かれるかも！？
◎「トロトロ手びち煮」
沖縄きたら、やっぱり豚足食べたいですよね。しかもトロトロの！
まさにコレ、望み通りの一品でした。出汁も美味しかったなぁ～。
◎「たいらぎ貝のバター炒め」
たいらぎ貝、こっちでしか食べられないし嬉しい一品。
ビールにも合うし、子供の口にも合うし、バター炒めの守備範囲は広い。
◎「もずくとアーサー天」
これも、こっちでしか食べられない逸品です。
どうやってももずくがこんな風に天ぷらならないんですよね。もっちりで美味！
◎「イカ墨焼きそば」
〆の一品にチョイス。イカ墨の旨味がたまらないです。そばの麺もまた美味しい。
みんな口真っ黒になって、ごちそうさま！
思いがけず、地元密着型のお店の料理を堪能することができました。
感染状況次第では旅行客は遠慮するべきかも知れませんが、地元密着型のお店もいいなぁ。
