3年連続で訪れた石垣島。
今回は、晩ご飯4回中2回もこちらにお世話になりました！

【スタッフさん】
おそらくアルバイトさんですが、ホールのスタッフさんの気配りには感動！動きもテキパキ、声も響く、オーダーミスなし。彼のような方はなかなかいません！

【お肉】
コスパはなかなかのもの。上カルビ、特上ロース、ミスジといただきました。タレで頼んで、白飯と一緒に口の中に放り込むと、肉の旨味、タレの甘みが一体となって、エンドレス！

【ホルモン】
レバーの両面を軽く焼いて、ごま油と塩とおろしニンニクで食す。自己責任ですが、やはりレバーは生に近い方が旨い！血抜きもしっかりされていて、鮮度も良い証。
