フラミンゴのいるレストラン！？雰囲気も料理もいい感じのお店！！
会員制リゾートホテル内のレストラン。一般客でもランチは可能とのこと。石垣牛ではなく“美崎牛”を看板メニューにされている。大人8、子ども7で利用。メインメニュー+ビュッフェ800円+ドリンクバー300円でそこそこの価格にはなるが、価値あり☆まず、雰囲気はさすが会員制とあって琉球風でありながらバリ島？というアジアンリゾートの感じ！ しかもレストランの前のお庭にはフラミンゴが！！次に美崎牛のステーキは石垣牛よりもくどくなく、さっぱりしている脂☆ビュッフェの内容もおそらくデザート以外は全て手作りと思われる料理で、シェフ特製とあってどれもうまい！こども達も美崎牛のハンバーグや、ローストビーフをペロリと食べていた。欲張って魚介のラグーも追加オーダーしたが、魚介の旨味が凝縮されていてハマってしまう旨さだった。

朝食での利用。フラミンゴが出迎えてくれるレストラン！1月2日だったのでおせち風の和朝食だった。リゾートレストランでは提供しないようなイメージだったので、いい意味で裏切られた！おすまし風のお雑煮は美味！！ただ、子どもも同じ感じだったので少し量が多かった。食後はレストランから続く道を下りビーチを散歩☆
