年始の石垣島ツアー4日目、元旦の夕食は強い北風が収まったので宿から20分ほど歩いて石垣港周辺へ。
美崎町まで行こうと思いながらも、元日から開いてる店も少ないだろうと判断し営業してる所へ入りました。
ピースアイランド八島近くにある祭歌に初めて入店、コロナ渦だからか正月だからなのか店内はガラガラです。
ひとりで飲むタイプじゃないので食事のみで、ヘルシーにゴーヤのおひたしと八重山そばをオーダー。
三線ライヴが楽しめるお店だけど食べてる最中ステージ演奏はなし、気になるそばのが上々でアタリ♪
スープは魚介系の出汁がイイ感じに出ていて極上では、麺はシンプルに中太丸タイプでTHE八重山そば麺！
期待してなかった三枚肉が超柔らかで絶品、かまぼこ＆葱も入って居酒屋なのに見事なそばで大満足でした。
