白い砂浜とエメラルドグリーンの海が印象的な石垣島に店を構える「ロクショウ」さんに伺いました。
2020年2月にオープンされています。
具志堅用高モニュメントがあるフェリーターミナル近くのゆいロードに面して建つ「大濱ビル」2階です。
木製の扉を開き店内にお邪魔します。
木の温もりを感じるおしゃれな空間です。
カウンター６席とテーブル席が4卓ありました。
テーブル席の側には、窓を広く設置されているので開放感があります。
本日いただいたメニューです。
○紫キャベツのラペ
○シャルキュトリー盛り合わせ
パテ・ド・カンパーニュ アグー豚肩ロースハム
テビチ、ミミガー、豚舌のテリーヌ
豚肉のリエット 鶏白レバーのムース ピクルス
○イチジク、生ハム、リコッタチーズのタルティーヌ
○石垣牛ハチノスのソテー、パジルソース・ピストゥ
○カチョ・エ・ぺぺ（チーズ、黒胡椒、卵黄）
個人的な感想を少し、、、
肉料理が、丁寧に仕上げられていていました。
全体的に優しい味付けだったのが、印象的です。
北海道小麦自家製パンも美味しかったです。
沖縄ならではの工夫と素材が楽しめます。
