神戸にもお店があるみたいです。
炭火焼き、沖縄県産和牛、沖縄料理を提供されています。
店内オシャレな感じ。手前はコの字カウンター、奥テーブルといった感じです。
コの字カウンター中で、ここの売りの1つでもある炭焼きをされています。
●沖縄県産黒毛和牛!!3種盛り/2980
1人にはボリュームもあり、値段もするが、せっかくということなので注文。
ザブトン、かわら、島豚ソーセージの3種盛り。お塩が合い美味しかった( ´∀｀ )
●えびまき/880
通常2本ですが、1本もできますよーというありがたいお言葉。上記は2本の値段です。海老を豚で巻いたもの。シソも入って美味しいです(*^^*)
●もずくの天ぷら/880
石垣来てから、もずく天にはまっていて、お店によって若干作り方とか違うんやけど、どれも美味しい。ここのも美味しかった!
●なまりぶし/680
宮古島名物!と記載あったので、頼まないわけにはいかない!
鰹の臭みなく、醤油漬けされたカツオは風味が良くてええあてに。
●炭焼き野菜オクラ/480
宮古島でとれたオクラを炭焼きに。
上には雪塩がかかっていて、良い塩梅。
●明太バター炙りおにぎり/680
ここの人気メニュー。お客様の目の前で炙ってくれます!たまたまなのかハート型に(笑)
他にも気になるメニューたくさんありました!店員さん接客よく居心地の良い店でした!
最後の会計の際も、値段と店員さんからのコメント添えて渡してくれます。こういうのも素晴らしいですね!
