沖縄旅行２日目
宮古島へ移動～
まずは宿泊先のイラ不SUIラグジュアリーコレクションへ

店内はこんな雰囲気
真っ白な店内で海が見えてとっても素敵な雰囲気なんですよ。

美しいお料理です。
セビーチはドラゴンフルーツです。
鮪が少し火が通っていてとっても美味しかった！

・宮古島産のトマトとスイカのガスパッチョ
宮古島産車海老とウイキョウのイリチー
初夏にいただくガスパチョ
めっちゃ美味しかった！
◆FISH
・宮古島水揚げの地魚のマース煮仕立て
伊良部産鰹節とシブイのすり流し
この日はアカマチというお魚でした。
上質な白身のお魚のマース煮。
子供たちも美味しくてよく食べました。
シブイという冬瓜の一種のすり流しもお魚とよく合って
上品な懐石料理の一品といった感じ。

焼加減も最高！
綺麗なピンク色。
美味しすぎて涙がでるよ！
付け合せの春キャベツのグラタンもすごくお肉とあってて美味しかった！

・宮古島太モズクと地魚のリゾット ぼろぼろジューシー仕立て
美味しいモズクと
この日のお魚はミーバイでした。
プリっとした食感がすごく美味しかった！
リゾットも上品な雑炊風で美味しかった！
◆DESSERT
・紅イモのティラミス、パイナップルとパッションフルーツのマリネ
塩ちんすこうのアイスクリームを添えて
最後はとっても美しいデザートで〆ました。
デザートまでとっても絶品でしたよ！
◆子供のパスタ
・ベーコントマトスパゲッティ
・沖縄の烏賊 トマトスパゲッティ
うちの息子はこちらのイカパスタが気に入りすぎて
翌日の朝ごはんから
宿泊期間中ずっと連日イカのパスタを食べました！！
◆果物パフェ
子供たちのデザートにお願いしました。
ここの果物パフェ、夢のように美味しかったな～
ピーチパイナップル
メロン
パッションフルーツ
ドラゴンフルーツ
が入ってました。
また宮古島に行けたら
こちらに宿泊してこちらで晩御飯食べて
必ずフルーツパフェを食べたい。
こちらのお料理は
子供から、ご高齢の方まで
楽しめる内容でした。
