■コース¥24,200
宮古空港から車で約20分ほど。宮古島列島のひとつ伊良部島（いらぶじま）の高級リゾートホテル、「イラフSUI ラグジュアリーコレクションホテル 沖縄宮古」。このホテル内のメインダイニング『TIN’IN（ティンイン）』。
宮古言葉で空（TIN)と海（IN）を表す店名の通り、店内は海を一望できる開放的なつくり。ディナータイムは、サンセットを狙うのがおすすめです。
料理は、沖縄の食材と技法を取り入れた、新しいフランス料理のコース仕立て。
「鰹のミキュイ」は、マッチョな鰹に青パパイヤの身とエスニックな味わいが美味。一方で、メインの「牛頬肉のビール煮」がちょっと？な仕上がり。もっと王道に、ステーキやローストなど、わかりやすくしてくれたほうが個人的には好みでした。
