清廉された空間と伊良部ブルー！
ホテル内のレストランを朝食で利用しました。ホテル内にはレストランが一つなのでディナーも同じレストランになります。
朝食はセミブュッフェでメインを洋食と和食からチョイスできます。2日間利用しましたので、それぞれ洋食も和食をいただきました。
もちろんお料理は美味しいのですが、白を基調とした清廉された空間からガラス越しの伊良部ブルーを眺めながらいただく朝食は格別でした。
印象的だったのは、彩り豊かなドーナツ、そして卓上のプジョーのペッパーミル…笑
ところどころに遊びごころがあり、非日常が感じられ心地よい時間を過ごすことごできました。
美味しい朝食でした。

伊良部島にあるホテル内に宿泊し、レストランを事前に予約してディナーをいただきました。
コース料理はありますが、好きなものをいただきたかったので、アラカルトにてお願いしました。
幸運なことに海側の席を提供してくださり、日没前後30分以内に無料で提供されるスパークリングワインにて、美しいサンセットを見ながら乾杯！
お料理は、沖縄県産野菜のスチーム3036円、本日のチャンプルでふーチャンプル1771円、宮古島産水揚げの魚のポワレ（魚は赤鯛でした）6072円、宮古島産ハーブとフレッシュトマトのパスタ4301円、デザートに沖縄黒糖クリームブリュレ2277円をいただきました。その他、ドリンクとしてビール1100円等を注文しました。雰囲気のいいレストラン内でいただくだけあって、全てが良質なお料理に感じられました。
お料理の金額やレストラン内のホテルスタッフのサービスを考えれば、満足しないわけがないですね。
ちなみにマリオットグループの会員（無料）ですと、旅行プラン以外の食事は10%オフになりますので大きいと思います。
