北新地にある「割烹ふくのや」さん
かが万グループのお店です。
ランチに鰻を何度か食べに伺ったのですが、
今回は晩御飯で初訪問
突き出しで、鮪のやまかけとホタルイカの酢味噌和え
レベル高いお味です。
てっさ 烏賊と頂いたあと
鶏のもも焼き 焼き加減が抜群にうまい
塩しかふっていないように思えたのに。
鰯の南蛮漬け 揚げてすぐに漬けただけ
これがさっぱりしていて旨味も抜群
うざく 蛸の柔らかに ポテサラなどなどしっかり頂き
〆に蛸の炊き込みご飯
お酒の種類も多くて堪能させて頂きました。
