やはり本日は、予定どうり

先ずは、ひじきの煮物とお漬け物が
出された！流石に煮物が旨い❗
職人さんが、だし巻きを巻いている
素晴らしい技っすなぁ～❤️
旨そうな鰻が再度焼かれている
しし唐辛子も焼かれている。。。
おいでなすったうな玉丼❗
鰻に箸を落とすと切れる柔らかさ
表面はパリッパリでふわふわ❗
ふっと見ると鰻のキモ焼きが
ひとつ乗っかっていますよん❗
良いねぇ～
旨～～い❗(*≧∀≦*)
目の前で焼かれた焼きたての
だし巻き玉子も凄い❗
なんじゃ～これっ❗ってくらいの
綿菓子のようなふわっふわっ感❗
空気を充分含ませて焼かれた
焼きたてのだし巻き玉子。。。
「天女の肌の如し」
本当に美味しかった❗
