大阪百名店巡り！3店舗目のお店はふくのやさん
かが万グループのお店で、
夜はふぐ料理などを出していますが、
お昼はうなぎ1本勝負みたいです。
名物はたまごとうなぎがのったうなたま丼。
うなぎは蒸してから焼く関東風です。
■注文商品
・うなたま丼 2000円(税込)
漬物、小鉢、赤出し付き
うなぎはすでに蒸したものを
注文を受けてから焼いているようで、
10分ほどで出てきました。
うなぎが4切れ、肝が1つ、ピーマンが2つ。
うなぎは蒸しが少なめで食感を残したタイプ。
表面はほどよくパリッとしており、
身は適度にふわふわしています。
ただ、焼きがテキトウなのか部位によって
焼きムラがあるので食感がバラバラでした。
あと、いまいちコクのないタレが染みすぎていて、
うなぎの味もあんまり感じられませんでした。
ごはんは柔らかめな炊き加減で、
タレがかかりすぎていてベチャベチャ。。
う〜ん、うなぎ、タレ、ごはんは
他の百名店と比べると並レベルですね。
ただ、たまごは美味しい！笑
ふわふわで出汁の味も上品です。
ピーマンや肝もいいアクセント！
小鉢なんかもついていて、
値段を考えると満足感は高めでした。
大阪だと鰻家さんとにしはらさんが抜けてますね。
(吉寅さんはまだ未訪問です。)
それにしても大阪の人は関東風が好きなのかな？
絶対うなぎは関西風の方が美味しいと思うのに 笑
