うなぎの焼き加減も好みによって評価が変わりますよね。
私は周りがパリパリ、中はふんわりな焼き加減が好きなんです。
頼んだのは鰻重竹。
こちらはかなりふっくらした柔らか食感。
もちろん、美味しい！この上なく！
カウンターだったので目の前でしっかり焼いてらっしゃるのは見ていました。
でも食べると不思議な事にふわふわ。
柔らかい鰻が好きな方にはぴったりかも。
ランチには鰻丼が2,000円から食べられるのでそちらは大変リーズナブル。
