並ぶほどではありませんが店内はテーブルとカウンター席に沢山のお客さん

夜は、鰻料理だけではなく、名前通りフグ料理も
北新地の雰囲気のいい店で、
愛知県産鰻丼2,000円は安い❗️

板前さんが3人で分業して手際よく調理
鰻、玉子焼きが焼きたて、ふわふわで美味しい
タレも美味しいけど味が強すぎず素材の味がいきる
肝吸ではないが赤だしも美味
この日はメニューにないアジフライ定食も。
美味しそうでした。写真が撮れず残念。
食前の薬をだしたら、お願いしてないのに、さっとお冷のサービス。さすがです。
北新地は、和洋の名店ぞろい。なかには割安にランチ営業してる店も。ゆっくりペースで開拓したい。
