新地でこんなしっかり美味しいお蕎麦と逸品が食べれるとは思ってなかった。

新地で食事をしてからの2軒目使いで友人に連れられ初訪問。

注文したのは巻き寿司とせいろ蕎麦、そして鯖の燻製したヤツ。笑

メニューをメモしてなくて正式名称と値段は分からないけど
始めに感想から言うと どれも美味しい！

まず、鯖は脂が乗っていてスモークされた香りも良く
アルコールにも合う♪

巻き寿司はサクサクの海老天が一緒に巻かれて
海老天がはみ出てた！
山椒の実も入ってて凄く良いアクセント✨
ボリュームもありサクサクで美味しかった♡

お蕎麦は十割蕎麦が人気みたいだけど売り切れで
二八蕎麦を注文。
これが、コシがあって喉越し良くってビックリ！
友人曰く十割蕎麦もこの食感みたい。
それは凄いと思ったので 次は売り切れ前に
フラッとではなくこちらのお店を目指して
入ってみたいと思いました

アルコールはレモン酎ハイを頼みましたが
焼酎の種類も選べる事ができ
アルコールの種類も多かったので逸品メニューと
飲みだけでも入れる使い勝手の良いお店でした。

逸品メニューもそれなりに充実してたし
その逸品も美味しかったのでまた行きたい♪
