味噌煮込みうどんといえば名古屋名物ですよね。
エスカの山本屋本店が最も有名でしょう。
そんな私は実は山本屋本店で食べたことがない。
そもそも味噌煮込みうどんを外食で食べたことがない気がする。
と言うわけで今回は大阪梅田で人気の味噌煮込みうどん・きしめん屋に来ました‼️
先日うどん百名店が一新され、ここのお店も百名店になりました。
⭐️牛もつ味噌煮込うどん
バリエーションはノーマル、牛もつ、天ぷら、牡蠣(季節限定)があります。
私が大好きなもつにしました。
運ばれてくるとぐっつぐつ‼️

気になるお味は・・・。
濃い味噌の汁とコシのあるうどんが美味い‼️
味噌煮込みうどんといえば普通のうどんと比べて硬いんですよね。
しっかりコシが残ってます。
底にある焼き付いたうどんは焼きつくことで味噌が強く感じ、そして香ばしさを出します。
ぷるんぷるんの牛もつも味噌と合う〜。
6,7個ぐらい入ってます。
柚子の皮も入っているので爽やかな香り、清涼感があっていいですね〜。
