梅田地下街のホワイティうめだ内にあるきしめん屋さん。
前に１組並んでいましたが、１０分程度で着席できました。
八丁味噌の濃厚なスープにコシの強い平らなうどん麺が土鍋でぐつぐつ煮立った状態で運ばれてきます。卵の黄身が真ん中に乗っていますが、食べているうちに完全にゆで卵状態になるくらい、最後までアツアツの状態でした。牛モツも一切臭みはなくプリプリで美味しいです。
