春蘭門
率先して中華料理を食べることがないのですが、今回はクーポンがあったので、
それを利用して訪問しました。
正確な名前等は覚えていないのですが、
・前菜の盛り合わせ
前菜ですが、かなり美味しかったです^^
この前菜のおかげで、これからの料理への期待が高まりました。
特に、ハムが美味しかったなぁ～
・フカヒレのスープ
あっさり風味で美味しくいただけました。
しっかり形のあるフカヒレを頂いたのは久しぶりです。
触感を楽しみました。
・点心セット
美味しかったですが、特に印象には残っていません。
・カニの肉詰め
こちらは、少し濃いめの味付けで、私の知っているthe中華料理というものでした。
カニの風味もしっかり残っており、これはこれでGOODです。
・中華粥(カニ乗せ)
〆ですね。さらさらと頂きました。
・デザート3点セット
これも、かなり美味しかったです。
杏仁豆腐は、上品なあまさで美味しかったですし、タピオカココナッツミルクも
タピオカがもちもちしていて良かったです。
全体的に、あっさり素朴な味付けで、和食好きの私にはピッタリハマったと思います。
(もちろん、餃子の王将の様なこてこてもたまには食べたくなることがありますが)
点心中心のこういう中華料理、良かったですね(^^♪
もう少し、飲み物を安くしてくれれば尚良しです☆(ランチ時は一杯500円です。)

以前に一度訪問したことのある中国料理のお店。本当に久しぶりに訪問♪
【ランチメニュー】紅梅
・3種の盛り合わせ
・本日のふかひれスープ
・お料理５品から２品をチョイス（メイン）
・炒飯or汁そばor点心３種盛り合わせ
・デザート+ドリンク
お料理はどれも美味しかったのですが、メインまでに40分ほど待ちました^^;
今日はゆっくりできる予定だったので良かったのですが、とにかくお料理が遅いなぁ、と。
また、思い過ごしかもしれませんが、店内の照明もかなり暗いなぁと思いました。
私自身、辛すぎる料理が苦手なのですが、どの料理も素材感を楽しめるもので美味しかったです。
