くどくなく、油っぽくなく、すごく体にいい気がする中国料理でした。日本料理も参考にしてるような。
最後のオリジナルのお茶がこれまた美味しい。
点心のランチ。全7品。お茶が香りが良くて美味しい。調味料のお醤油が風味が良い感じ。料理は丁寧に素材を活かす工夫がありました。落ち着いた雰囲気で居心地も良いです。中華らしく油ものが多めな感じです。
鮑といった美味しい食材はもちろん、豚肉をカリッとさせてアレンジしたりと、面白い中華でした。
子どもの誕生日のほか、中華ランチはここって決めてる。雰囲気も料理も絶対裏切らない。
北京ダックはぜひ食べて欲しい。
一口ひと口味わえる。
昔のテーブルオーダーバイキング復活して欲しい。
