■ ガーデン飲茶 1日6名様限定（6,900円）
ガーデンテラス席での食事になります。
・台湾炊き出しウーロン茶
アイスウーロン茶です。
ほんのり甘みのある、緑茶に近いウーロン茶になります。
★ホットウーロン茶
ポット入りです。
こちらはりんごのような甘みのある匂いが特徴です。
おー、香りがたまりません。
1段目
★チャーシュー
甘いタレと柔らかい肉が合います。
豆も甘くて美味しい！
★蒸し鶏生姜ソース
さらに甘いお肉に生姜がピリっと効いて美味しい！
・野菜の甘酢漬け
蓮根、茗荷、キュウリです。
口直しに最高の味です。
・海老のサクサク揚げ
海老の天ぷらに近いです。
醤油でいただくと油が締まり美味しいです。
・牛肉のクレープ包み
北京ダックの牛肉版のような料理です。
これも醤油が合いますね。
★蒸し餃子2種
海老餃子とニラ餃子です。
甘くてぷりぷりで美味しい！
2段目
★香港風醤油焼きそば
表面がカリカリの細麺で、ネギなど野菜入りで、油が多めですが上品で美味しい！
・春巻き
サクサクで中はぷりぷり、美味しい！
★焼き点心
お肉と、ゼラチンのようなぷにぷにしたものが入っていて、不思議ですが濃厚な肉汁が効いて美味しい！
3段目
・カスタード餡入り蒸し団子
ココナッツパウダーがかかっており、中のカスタードは甘いですが上品で、もちもちして美味しい！
★マンゴープリン
めちゃくちゃ滑らかでほぼマンゴージュースに近いペーストで、甘さ控えめですが濃厚で美味しい！
・ココナッツと小豆の冷菓子
ココナッツと小豆の上品な甘さ、ぷにっとしたゼリー状の食感で美味しい！
・フルーツ
マスカットです。みずみずしいです。
・胡麻団子
表面が固めの食べ応えのある胡麻団子です。
優雅なホテルで優雅なランチを堪能できました。
