先ずドリンクです。水出しライチ紅茶を選択しました。ライチの香りが良いですね。
前菜盛り合わせは黒い皿に前菜たちが映えます。
上湯スープには豚団子が入っていて、お腹の満足度高いです。
ドラゴンハイポールを交えながら点心に入っていきます。
きのこの蒸しまんじゅうはとても不思議な、きのこそっくりな一品でした。スープでも注がれるのかな？と思ったのですが、そのまま食べました。
せいろの中には甘エビ餃子、えびしゅうまいなど、上品な高級中華の味です。
ハトシのような揚げ点心は、エビの旨みが濃いですね。
メインは姿鮑のオイスターソース煮です。柔らかくてたまらなく美味しかったです。
ホタテ炒飯はまずまずの味です。
デザートのフルーツとタピオカココナッツミルクはホッとするデザートでした。
