さすがリッツ
サービス対応お気遣いきっちりされててほんとに気持ちよく過ごせました。
お料理も久しぶりの中華のコースでしたがどれも美味しくアレルギー対応もしていただき、前菜から頬が緩みっぱなしでした。
雰囲気がやはりいいですね。
静かで落ち着いていてテーブル数も沢山ですし、個室もあるそうで
品数は多くても量が少しずつなので何とかデザートまで食べられました。
北京ダックのパリパリ感ももちろん美味しかったですし、身の方もミンチの炸醤の味付けで美味しかったです。
二種類味わうとはこういう事かと満足〜
幸せなランチとなりました。

ザ・リッツカールトン大阪にあります香桃さんへお祝いで行ってきました。
話しが止まらなくて…覚えてるお料理を…。
北京ダックを半身いただきましたがパリパリと美味しくいただきました。
紹興酒も10年ものから50年ものまでありましたがお値段に飛び上がりました〜。
私は車なので呑めなかったのですが…。
鮑の姿煮コリコリと柔らかく、伊勢海老も美味しく、フカヒレが無いのが残念です。
量が多くてお腹いっぱいになりました。
