久々の息子くんの帰省で、母と一緒に恒例の
ランチに連れて行ってもらいました。
今回は、母の「久々に北京ダックが食べたい」の
リクエストでリッツカールトンの香桃に
伺いました。
前菜からデザートに至るまで、これぞ王道という
感じのお味で、とっても美味しかったです♪
前菜は、特に鮑が柔らかくて秀悦でした。
母の楽しみにしていた北京ダックは、
流石のお味で、一つでは物足りなく感じる
ほどの美味しさでした！
メインの牛肉はとろけるようで、締めの
エビワンタンもエビがプリプリで
文句無しで、さすが香桃！！
デザートまで頂いて大満足のランチでした♪
